刚开始入门spring2.5，然后就出现了这个问题Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'，调试了很久没出来，然后网上查了一下，这么做的，检查spring.jar包，解压，找到路径org/springframework/beans/factory/xml下，找到所有的xsd文件，然后把http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans中的东西全改成classpath：//目录下的，如：classpath:/org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-util-2.5.xsd"
这样就解决了没找到配置文件的问题，把从网上找的路径变成直接从本地路径找配置文件。
